Corn Bread and Beans

Mix: 1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
2 T sugar
1 T baking powder
½ t salt
Add: 1 cup milk
1 egg
¼ cup oil

Bake at 425’ for 20-25 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve with your favorite combination of beans.
