Turkey-Avocado-Wheat Salad

Turkey-Avocado-Wheat Salad

2 Tbsp lemon juice
1½ cups avocados, diced
1 cup turkey, cooked and diced
1 cup cooked wheat
1 cup celery, finely chopped
2 Tbsp green onions, finely chopped
4 Tbsp salad dressing
4 Tbsp sour cream
1 tsp salt
⅓ cup nuts, chopped

DIRECTIONS:
Pour lemon juice over avocados. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Add avocado mixture and toss lightly, chill.

To cook wheat:
1 cup whole wheat
1/2 tsp salt
21/2 cups water
Cook 6-8 hours or overnight on low in crockpot.
